Ondo Finance has largely recovered from January's 1.94B token unlock (a +61% increase in circulating supply) that drove an 80% price decline from its all-time high. RWA TVL has since climbed to a record $2.89B, driven by institutional demand for tokenized treasuries and money market funds, with the BlackRock BUIDL partnership expanded to roughly $340M in deployed capital. Ondo Chain, the project's dedicated layer for institutional RWA settlement, has onboarded 15 institutional partners as it moves toward mainnet. Recovering TVL and expanding integrations suggest the unlock shock is fading, though the much larger circulating supply remains a structural overhang versus pre-unlock levels. Risks include residual vesting-related sell pressure, tokenized-securities regulatory uncertainty, and reliance on a small number of large institutional partners for TVL growth.
